本 App 由 Chan Kei Lam（Smart Pass HK）提供，是獨立學習工具，並非政府或官方考試機構的產品。

學習紀錄 / Study records

答題、錯題、成績、作答進度、音效設定及做題入口次數儲存在裝置內。這些學習紀錄不會由本 App 上傳到開發者伺服器。清除應用程式資料或解除安裝可刪除本機紀錄；裝置系統備份依你的 Android 或 iOS 備份設定運作。本 App 無須帳戶，沒有雲端同步或內購。

Your answers, mistakes, results, progress, sound preferences and quiz entry count are stored on your device. The app does not upload study records to a developer server. Clear app storage or uninstall to remove local records; operating-system backups follow your Android or iOS settings. No account, cloud sync or in-app purchase is provided.

廣告與第三方資料 / Advertising and third-party data

本 App 使用 Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）顯示插頁廣告，並使用 Google User Messaging Platform 管理適用的同意選項。Google SDK 可能收集及分享 IP 位址及其推算的大概位置、裝置或其他識別碼（例如廣告 ID、App Set ID）、應用程式及廣告互動資料，以及診斷資料（例如當機記錄和效能），用於廣告、分析及防止詐騙。資料透過 TLS 加密傳送。本 App 不要求精確定位權限，不會收集你的法律練習答案供廣告使用，亦沒有另行接入 Firebase Analytics。

Google AdMob may collect and share IP addresses (including inferred approximate location), device or other identifiers such as advertising ID and app set ID, app and advertising interactions, and diagnostic information such as crash and performance data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. SDK traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS. The app does not request precise-location permission, send study answers for advertising, or integrate Firebase Analytics.

選擇與刪除 / Choices and deletion

在適用地區，廣告請求須先經 Google UMP 的同意狀態檢查。需要提供選項時，可在 App「資訊」頁開啟「廣告私隱設定」修改或撤回選擇。你亦可在 Android 設定管理、重設或刪除廣告 ID；iOS 用戶可在「設定 > 私隱與保安 > 追蹤」管理追蹤許可，拒絕追蹤仍可使用學習功能。廣告無法載入時仍可做題；離線題庫及本機學習功能可繼續使用。

Where applicable, UMP checks consent before ad requests. When required, use Ad privacy options on the Information tab to change or withdraw choices. Android settings also provide advertising-ID controls. On iOS, tracking permission can be managed in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; learning remains available if tracking is denied. Learning remains available when ads fail or the device is offline.

開發者不持有你的雲端學習帳戶或學習紀錄。Google 的資料保留及刪除受其政策與使用者控制項規管；如以電郵聯絡我們，電郵資料只用於回覆及處理該查詢，完成後不會保留超出必要時間。可透過下列電郵提出查詢或刪除你直接提供給我們的資料。

We do not hold cloud study accounts or study records. Google data retention and deletion follow Google's policies and controls. Information you email us is used to handle that request and retained only as necessary; contact us to request deletion of information you supplied directly.

本 App 面向準備考試的 13 歲或以上使用者，並非為 13 歲以下兒童設計。

The app is intended for exam preparation by users aged 13 and above, and is not directed to children under 13.
